Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after the service has been started or the digital product has been accessed or delivered.

If you wish to cancel a service request, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us. Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

Refunds will not be provided for:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, online courses, or virtual services are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Third-Party Services

Payments made toward third-party tools, plugins, hosting, domains, or external services are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective providers. We are not responsible for their refund decisions.
